The Food Garden
We
love growing our own food and believe one of the joys in life is
enjoying freshly grown produce from your garden. Over the years we have
discovered many wonderful varieties of food plants.
Of
particular interest to us are the non-hybrid, heirloom varieties as
well as heritage apples. These varieties have stood the test of time
for their flavour, colour, disease resistance and cropping ability. For
these reasons, we need to preserve the valuable genetic
diversity of these old varieties.
You too can have a
beautiful and productive garden, full of colour and tasty delights and
help to keep these wonderful food plants alive.
